Press Raves About The Harrison’s Signature Collection Penthouses

Succeeding the much-anticipated launch of the Signature Collection, a distinct collection of 17 penthouses on the six uppermost floors of The Harrison, numerous luxury real estate media have taken interest, particularly in two model penthouses, offering luxe interiors set to San Francisco’s most coveted views. While the initial unveiling was a grand success, the Signature Collection continues to garner substantial acclaim from outlets, both near and far.

Featured amongst globally reputed publications, such as Robb Report, Mansion Global and BISNOW, as well as within more localized media, including California Home & Design, The Registry SF and San Francisco Patch, The Harrison’s Signature Collection has taken center stage within the domain of luxury real estate—and, too, remains in the spotlight. Lavishly designed interiors, far-reaching vistas and a host of supreme amenities make The Harrison more than just a residential high-rise—they make it a home.

“In a neighborhood of gleaming new hi-rise condominiums, The Harrison stands out.”

Inimitable Details

Spanning the uppermost six floors in the 49-story residential-only building, the Signature Collection’s penthouses have been praised for their multitude of custom, high-end features, including floor-to-ceiling windows throughout, diagonal-planked Siberian oak wood floors, Studio Becker Ash Molina cabinetry and open-air balconies. The interiors bring to fruition a lifestyle upheld by design, detail and unrivaled views in a building that “hits the apex of refined luxury,” says San Francisco Patch.

Interior Decor

Each publication has furthermore emphasized the model penthouses’ impeccably designed interiors by Premier Stagers, a California-based company responsible for staging an array of highly-reputed penthouses. Replete with top-tier furnishings, such as Alex Partman-designed graffiti trunks and a vintage Triumph motorcycle, the two staged penthouses’ “give prospective buyers an idea of what the penthouses could look like,” says Robb Report.

Peerless Amenities

Many press outlets, too, have raved about The Harrison’s inimitable Ken Fulk-designed amenities, including the exclusive Uncle Harry’s penthouse lounge, Luxury Attaché concierge, entry Grand Salon, fully-stocked Pantry and pool and spa.

“The newly launched penthouses sit 500 feet above ground level and offer unobstructed views of the city and bay thanks to the building’s location on Rincon Hill.”

Meet the Interior Designers Behind The Harrison’s Signature Collection Model Penthouses

The Harrison’s newly-launched Signature Collection is nothing short of premier. As such, it was only natural to invite the founders of Premier Stagers, Summer Chápin and Maxime Jacquet, to outfit two penthouses in the most luxurious and fashionable manner possible. A California-based company responsible for staging some of the most highly-reputed and talked about penthouses, such as The Carlyle Residences in Los Angeles, Premier Stagers has projected The Harrison’s two model penthouses into a new realm of elevated living.

Amongst the top commercial and residential stagers handling luxury properties around the globe, Summer Chápin and Maxime Jacquet offer an exceptional level of vision and commitment that has coined them as staging pioneers in today’s market. Using a unique method that incorporates the five senses, both Chápin and Jacquet strive to create a product coveted by both their clients and future homeowners.

Penthouse 46B

The team’s vision for Penthouse 46B was to maximize The Harrison’s most iconic and spectacular views by virtue of luxe, modern and urban designs. The foyer instantly captivates with a lavishly eclectic collection of a 70s-inspired smoked glass and brass table, oversized antique Italian vases and luxury Baobab candles, with a flush mounted chandelier perched just above. In alignment with modern decor trends, Chápin and Jacquet find it crucial to “jazz up” furniture styles: “We decided to go with a mix of chrome and brass—the chrome represents the masculine, while the brass is a feminine energy. The combination is one of true opulence.”

One of their many goals when working with The Harrison’s penthouses was to take advantage of, and showcase, the square footage without creating an overcrowded feel. As such, the duo made it a point to work with various lucite pieces, such as crystal diamond lamps, as well as integrating highly unique items such as a vintage Triumph motorcycle and a commissioned Alex Partman painting, inspired by the artiste Jean Michael Basquiat. Each detail has been carefully curated to reflect the magic of its location.

Penthouse 46C

While Penthouse 46B is replete with warm hues of white, gold, rose gold and silver, their vision for Penthouse 46C was disparate yet correspondingly palatial. Here, a red, black and white color palette commands absolute grandeur, evoking a modern, chic and vibrant ambiance. With unique city and marina views, this penthouse beckoned for a mixture of contemporary and classic details, which Chápin and Jacquet translated via high-end crystal finishes throughout. Dappled with distinct furnishings and items, such as neon “Love Me” sign, mirror installation, macassar wood desk, a custom lamp imported from The Netherlands and a specially made punching bag painted with an image of Muhammad Ali, this penthouse realizes lavish urban living set high above the city below.

Summer Chápin and Maxime Jacquet of Premier Stagers are revered for the partnerships that they have impressively acquired with furniture and art vendors worldwide. Per a distinct eye for deluxe living, they have become one of the most sought-after teams within the staging world. The Harrison is ecstatic to house Premier Stagers’ remarkably-furnished interiors within two of the 17 penthouses in the newly-unveiled Signature Collection—already garnering acclaim from leading luxury real estate media.

Top Dogs at The Harrison: Charlie the “Morkie”

Nickname: Charles

Breed: Morkie (half maltese, half yorkie)

Age: 6 months

Treat of choice: Charlee Bear All Natural Dog Treats (the ones that Aaron, our Luxury Attaché, gives all The Harrison dogs)

Greatest loves: Visiting the beach, playing fetch and saying hi to every human who walks by.

Pet peeves: Hair dryers, lawnmowers, water fountains, vacuums and losing my teeth

Favorite neighborhood establishments: Epic, Waterbar, The Bow and Arrow Park, Rincon Hill Dog Park and, of course, Pawtrero!

Favorite spot in my high-rise home: My mommy’s bed

Favorite perks at The Harrison: It’s awesome to be one of the youngest pups at the Harrison. Everyone says hi to me and gives me lots of treats and love. I enjoy chewing my bone and people watching in the grand salon and love visiting the pantry and munching on all the pastry crumbs.

Morning routine: Every morning I go down to The Pantry with mommy, in hopes to run into other Harrison dogs and of course the lovely people who make sure The Pantry is perfect for us. I then take the giant gold elevator down to the grand salon and stop by the reception desk for more love from the Harrison staff. Sometimes I get overly excited, and tinkle a little, but do my best to hold it until we leave for our walk. I always end the morning with a visit to our attaché and if I’m lucky he gives me two treats!

Top tricks: I can fetch, sit and lie down. I recently learned how to lift my paw up against the trees when I have to pee! I am still learning what “shake” means.

Guilty pleasures: String cheese and blueberries

Most embarrassing story: I was shopping with mommy in Westfield Mall and really had to go to the bathroom. Mommy was taking forever, so I pooped on the mannequin. Luckily, I am so cute that the store employees still gave me lots of pets and treats despite my accident.

Where I first laid eyes on my mommy: I plopped right down on her lap and refused to move until she took me home.
