Unveiling The Harrison’s Signature Collection: 17 Penthouses High Above SoMa

October 23, 2017

Today, The Harrison unveiled its Signature Collection, a distinct collection of 17 half-floor and corner penthouses on the six uppermost floors of the 49-story residential-only building. Set atop Rincon Hill and soaring 500-feet above the heart of SoMa, the penthouses reveal sightlines of San Francisco’s most coveted views—the Bay Bridge, Twin Peaks, city and marina. Also unveiled were two model penthouses, both designed and furnished by Summer Chapin and Maxime Jacquet of Premier Stagers.

Interior Features

Spanning six floors, the Signature Collection features five three-bedroom-plus-den half-floor penthouses and 12 two-bedroom-plus-den corner penthouses. All penthouses include floor-to-ceiling windows, diagonal-planked Siberian oak floors, Bertazzoni appliances, Sub-Zero refrigerators, polished white slab Carrara marble countertops, Waterworks unlacquered brass fixtures, herringbone tile bathroom floors, Studio Becker Ash Molina cabinetry, custom Mechoshade window treatments and open-air balconies.

Designer Details

The Harrison’s 46th floor plays host to two model homes: Penthouse 46B, a half-floor penthouse designed to showcase the 100 linear feet of windows that span the length of the living spaces, and Penthouse 46C, which occupies full corners of the building’s westside with city, AT&T Park and Bay views. Both model penthouses, designed by Premier Stagers, pay homage to Ken Fulk, The Harrison’s designer, and are furnished and decorated to complement the inrush of natural light, open-concept, spacious interiors and far-reaching vistas. The penthouses are luxuriously furnished, featuring custom-designed graffiti trunks by Alexander Partman, inspired by the artiste Jean Michel Basquiat, a vintage Triumph motorcycle, a limited edition Louis Vuitton helmet and Baobab candles.

Signature Collection residents have access to The Harrison’s robust amenities, including a private, 49th floor penthouse lounge and speakeasy, Uncle Harry’s, private dining room, grand entry salon, pantry valet, fitness center, swimming pool, Jacuzzi and Luxury Attaché, a dedicated concierge who coordinates everything from dinner reservations to private functions to monthly events.
