Inside The Harrison’s Soirée of the Season

What happens when you take three of San Francisco’s most luxurious penthouses with unrivaled views, a prolific and emerging artist and two star designers from renowned staging firm, Premier Stagers? The Harrison’s Soirée of the Season did just that, and the outcome was as magnificent as presumed. While most seasonal festivities teem with bright red, green and gold, The Harrison spun the typical soirée into a full color wheel by virtue of celebrated artist Alex Partman’s live painting demonstration. While residents and guests enjoyed cocktails and hors d’oeuvres within 46A, 46B and 46C of the Signature Collection, Alex Partman enlivened the stunning interiors with a one-of-a-kind piece of art, created right before their very own eyes.

Artist Alex Partman

The Signature Collection penthouses served as the ultimate venue to host such a creative and celebratory event. Masterfully staged by Summer Chápin and Maxime Jacquet of Premier Stagers, both 46B and 46C captivated with their expansive living spaces, far-reaching views and inspiring decorative finishes. The walls of art in 46A were quite literally brought to life as Alex Partman showcased his talents in real time. Attendees had the opportunity to speak with the designers and artist behind the Signature Collection penthouses, making the holiday event a truly collaborative experience.

Meet the Interior Designers Behind The Harrison’s Signature Collection Model Penthouses

The Harrison’s newly-launched Signature Collection is nothing short of premier. As such, it was only natural to invite the founders of Premier Stagers, Summer Chápin and Maxime Jacquet, to outfit two penthouses in the most luxurious and fashionable manner possible. A California-based company responsible for staging some of the most highly-reputed and talked about penthouses, such as The Carlyle Residences in Los Angeles, Premier Stagers has projected The Harrison’s two model penthouses into a new realm of elevated living.

Amongst the top commercial and residential stagers handling luxury properties around the globe, Summer Chápin and Maxime Jacquet offer an exceptional level of vision and commitment that has coined them as staging pioneers in today’s market. Using a unique method that incorporates the five senses, both Chápin and Jacquet strive to create a product coveted by both their clients and future homeowners.

Penthouse 46B

The team’s vision for Penthouse 46B was to maximize The Harrison’s most iconic and spectacular views by virtue of luxe, modern and urban designs. The foyer instantly captivates with a lavishly eclectic collection of a 70s-inspired smoked glass and brass table, oversized antique Italian vases and luxury Baobab candles, with a flush mounted chandelier perched just above. In alignment with modern decor trends, Chápin and Jacquet find it crucial to “jazz up” furniture styles: “We decided to go with a mix of chrome and brass—the chrome represents the masculine, while the brass is a feminine energy. The combination is one of true opulence.”

One of their many goals when working with The Harrison’s penthouses was to take advantage of, and showcase, the square footage without creating an overcrowded feel. As such, the duo made it a point to work with various lucite pieces, such as crystal diamond lamps, as well as integrating highly unique items such as a vintage Triumph motorcycle and a commissioned Alex Partman painting, inspired by the artiste Jean Michael Basquiat. Each detail has been carefully curated to reflect the magic of its location.

Penthouse 46C

While Penthouse 46B is replete with warm hues of white, gold, rose gold and silver, their vision for Penthouse 46C was disparate yet correspondingly palatial. Here, a red, black and white color palette commands absolute grandeur, evoking a modern, chic and vibrant ambiance. With unique city and marina views, this penthouse beckoned for a mixture of contemporary and classic details, which Chápin and Jacquet translated via high-end crystal finishes throughout. Dappled with distinct furnishings and items, such as neon “Love Me” sign, mirror installation, macassar wood desk, a custom lamp imported from The Netherlands and a specially made punching bag painted with an image of Muhammad Ali, this penthouse realizes lavish urban living set high above the city below.

Summer Chápin and Maxime Jacquet of Premier Stagers are revered for the partnerships that they have impressively acquired with furniture and art vendors worldwide. Per a distinct eye for deluxe living, they have become one of the most sought-after teams within the staging world. The Harrison is ecstatic to house Premier Stagers’ remarkably-furnished interiors within two of the 17 penthouses in the newly-unveiled Signature Collection—already garnering acclaim from leading luxury real estate media.
